I would not be comfortable not playing my very best players in a must win game. So I am not going with a wholesale rotation this game as Arena has done in the past.
Given that, the only change from Friday is McCarty on for Altidore as cover in the midfield. I chose McCarty over others because of his abilities to get to 2nd balls and to make long passes through the lanes to a furiously fast front four. That speed is also why I chose Wood over Altidore as both seem fairly adept at holding up the ball when necessary.
I don't like leaving Cameron out, but Besler & Gonzalez have been doing well and I am worried about his injury over 90 minutes on this field. I'd probably put him in if anyone in the back six started looking blown.
