Arena likes to make changes to his lineups in the second game of Qualifying which is usually away and likes to field a lineup that is fully fit. In this case, since it is still a very important game, I believe Arena has to keep his best players on the field: Altidore, Nagbe, Pulisic, Bradley, and Yedlin. Cameron was rested for this game if we needed 3 points. Acosta and Dempsey should come in to assist with ball movement on the horrible field. Ream and Beasley, sure why not.
