First, start the starters. They didn't come to the Gold Cup to sit when they are already starting in qualifiers. Next, Dwyer and Saief and both bring something the team needs. Bedoya, McCarty and Lichaj are the best players at their positions on this roster, and could easily make the World Cup Roster given good form. Finally, Miazga is here to earn a starting job for the new season, and I expect Bruce to give him the showcase he needs and deserves.
