I believe in playing younger players who have a drive to make a difference. I believe this group has a very high technical ability and have the ability to make plays out of nothing. Team speed is very important and I think I accomplished that task. Though the team is very young, I feel some time together would breed fruitful results. This team has the ability to cause many teams defense problems. This team has the ability to score from anywhere. Though bench players would play a roll, I feel this is a technically gifted starting 11.
