Head coach Bruce Arena has already hinted at there being changes, and you can expect there to be at least a couple on the back line. Three could be in the cards, with DaMarcus Beasley, Matt Besler, and Omar Gonzalez all options to come in and provide added experience in San Pedro Sula. Up top, Clint Dempsey should come in to replace the suspended Jozy Altidore, and, in goal, Brad Guzan could get the nod after Tim Howard had his struggles vs. Costa Rica. The lineup may not be the most attack-minded, but still one that could pluck out a gritty win.
