Certain players fit certain games. While I think Brooks is an overall better player than Omar, Omar has had success in Azteca and plays in Mexico, so I'd give him the start.
We need two central MFs - we can't give up that much space (as we did against T&T) in the middle ahead of the back four.
Bedoya is in there for more defensive bite, and I'd prefer to have more speed up top with Wood to pressure Mexico's defense, along with CP and Nagbe. Sub him off at 60" when he's done and bring Dempsey or Jozy in.
At this point, they are playing with house money so there is not much to lose.
