If it ain't broke don't fix it! I'd go same formation and as close to what you had the last game. Diamond in the midfield with Nagbe and Bedoya playing narrow with the freedom to get wide and Bradley in the 6 with Pulisic in the 10. Villafana doesn't impress me at LB, he gets caught out of position and doesn't bring much on set pieces; Ream's poise and experience would provide a steady hand in his stead. Ream has enough pace to play wide, and should distribute better than Villafana. Cameron didn't look good at RB, nor did Gonzalez at CB, but I think it's important for Gonzalez and Cameron to develop a relationship in the middle, just in case Brooks is hurt or turns back into his 0-4 drubbing vs. Costa Rica self. I have no idea what to do at RB. Zusi didn't look good there in January, but his Sporting KC counterpart Matt Besler could fit there. He looks a lot calmer than he used to. That being said, I would like to see what Acosta can do, even at a secondary position. He would add pace to the back line and up and down the right hand side, which may come in handy when Panama counterattacks.
