Altidore, Pulisic, Bradley, Gonzalez, Cameron, Howard are all locked. Dempsey too if he's fit enough for another start. I like Arriola on the right, young but no less international experience than Nagbe. Bedoya also an option but I'd rather play with 10 men. Jones probably in for experience and grit, wouldn't mind Acosta or McCarty here though. DMB in for experience. Ream gets nod over Besler because he came in vs Honduras but either works.
