Pulisic, Wood,Fabian and Nagbe must start every game for which they are fit, and should be in the midfield or on the wing. All are creative, fast, and have good touch, which shouldn't be taken for granted in this pool. Acosta and Morris also need a chance to push out Bradley and Altidore. I'd like to see Gooch, Arriola, and esp. Hyndman get more looks.
