The three players that need to be on the field together are Nagbe, Johnson and Pulisic. Others I could swap for others -- Kliestjan for Feilhaber, McCarty for Bradley, Altidore for Wood. I prefer the one forward because I don't want sacrifice a good midfielder for two. Pulisic and Johnson can pick up scoring slack. Villafana is my least settled pick, just because I don't know that much about him other than what I saw during US v Jamaica. If we have to sub for Cameron due to fitness concerns, I'd substitute Birnbaum or Hedges.
