I think Danny Williams needs to be given a legit chance (not just a random minutes here & there), but I do think its also important to get our best 11 (or something close to our best 11) in rhythm going into the hex. To that point, I'd also like to see Morris (or even Green) up top with Altidore, but I think it's important that Altidore & Wood continue to build chemistry. Maybe you use the next match to experiment a little.
This shouldn't just be a try-out for Lynden Gooch. You can already see he has the quality to be a USMNT mainstay for years to come. I fully expect him to surpass Bedoya on the depth chart once he's been given a little run. I love Arriola & he's done pretty well already, but he's no Gooch.
That right there IS our back-line, except for certain times when we might want to use Fabian further up & plug in Chandler, Villafana, Lichaj, Acosta, Rosenberry….
