Moving Johnson up creates a strength, as it's his best position for club and country. Besler performed admirably against Ecuador and keeping him at LB gives the U.S. a more defensive look against a very strong Argentina. Zusi takes Zardes' spot as he moves up top. Zardes is a more natural forward, while Zusi is a World Cup vet with big game experience. Bradley will really have to sit home with Nagbe taking Jones' spot. Hopefully, the Timbers midfielder can keep enough possession and create to counter for his defensive deficiencies.
