I don't think JK is ready to bench Jones just yet. Pulisic is ready to start but won't get the nod until Costa Rica. If Cameron is healthy enough, JK has to see him pair with Brooks to know if they're a better combo than Brooks with Birnbaum. Nagbe has got to start centrally here. Dempsey is the odd man out who'll come on in the second half.
