Chandler and Orozco step in for Johnson and Cameron, respectively. I could also see Acosta getting time at LB as a last minute replacement. We're not sure the health of Johnson or Chandler, so the specter of a possible injury in this game could give Klinsmann a do-over when picking out his LB options.
Also, because Bedoya left the Puerto Rico game with a slight limp, perhaps Zardes or even Pulisic could step in if not 100%
