This formation or a 4-2-3-1 would be effective against Pekerman's 4-2-2-2. We do not have the speed or quality for a 4-3-3. When defending the forwards start pressuring the ball carrier when entering our half of the pitch. If we high pressure Colombia are too good and fast to avoid it.
