I believe this would give us our most potent offensive lineup ever. Why should we bunker down? I'd rather loose playing a more progressive, attack-oriented style. I think this attacking lineup can give any team in the tournament a run for the money. Johnson is up for debate as the top LW in the Bundesliga, Wood has been a brilliant finisher in 2. Bundesliga, and Pulisic has gotten starts at Dortmund. All three are dynamic, creative attackers, that will make smart runs, and play well off of Wood who holds up much better than Dempsey. Then in Midfield you have Bradley play as the # 6, where he can organize the defense and spray in his world class switches and lobs over the top for late runs. Nagbe provides stability and possession. He is excellent at busting through the middle and providing a hockey assist. He also made 6 defensive stops in 30 minutes against Bolivia, so he is solid on defense as well. Bedoya adds creativity and plays as a #8 where he is best suited. I could play Jones in his place as well, but I think Bedoya has more going for him right now. With the defense, Castillo should play LB so Johnson can help in attack. I think he will hold out fine with Bradley and Nagbe providing support and invaluable links to the midfield. Brooks and Cameron are our highest skilled center backs, and after they build more chemistry, I think they will be one of the best CB pairings in the tournament. Yedlin has played really well for Sunderland and finally looks pretty good on the defensive side. We all know he is excellent in attack and will overlap well. Finally I think Howard is a better keeper than Guzan, but either works for me.
