I wish I could say we should do this. Playing Nagbe on the left encourages him to cut inside onto his right and allow Fabian to overlap. For all of the noise about their diverging roles in their MLS squads this year, both Bradley and Jones are still box-to-box players. I like Pulisic, but the squad doesn't have the off-ball movement for him to succeed for 90 minutes right now. Clint Dempsey is still the goal-getter. It could be suicidal with 2 attack-minded fullbacks and 2 box-to-box CMs, though. Honestly, though, against Colombia I'm more likely to set up for counter attacks.
