This isn't my dream line-up, but rather what I think Klinsmann will trot out there in the first match. I think there isn't realistically room for Wood, Zardes, Altidore, and Dempsey all at once, four of his favorites, so one will have to be sacrificed. He'll reward Wood's strong season and give him the start with Altidore probably coming off the bench. He also really seems to like Johnson as a left mid, so I seem him there and I also believe he sees Castillo as the number 1 LB at the moment, much to Shea's chagrin. Pulisic is a possible sub in this matchh but I don't see Klinsmann starting him, at least for the 1st match. Maybe after a disaster against Colombia he does his typical "wholesale changes" and brings in Altidore, Pulisic, Bedoya, Zusi, and Birnbaum into the starting xi, the way only Klinsmann can do!
