Chose a 4-1-3-2 because we seem to play best with someone protecting the backline, and MB4 plays best with as many people as possible in front of him. With two forwards and attacking mids around him, he should get options. Normally wouldnt pair two big forwards, but think the hold up play of Jozy could help set up the extremely quick JMorris. Besler is centerback for purposes of leadership - and this young backline will need it badly. Uncomfortable with unseasoned outside back options - would want to put in ones who I felt confident could attack with speed, but Yedlin/Johnson/Chandler/Klute are absent. Put this together thinking that we have guys ready as natural replacements in this formation - and want to put something in place with consistancy in style of play in mind.
