First, I think the 4-1-3-2 is better than the 4-4-2 that Klinsmann plays and will be dangerous and create a high pressure system that will cause problems for Guatemala. Second, Bobby Wood gets the nod at forward because he is on a role in the Bundesliga 2 and Jozy Altidore because the forward options are not deep. Third, in the midfield you got Ethan Finley who has been playing well for Columbus Crew and is the type of hard worker with great crosses that you need to cause Guatemala problems, next, you have Darlington Nagbe who was the lone bright spot in the loss at Guatemala and has changed the games he plays in for the U.S., and then you got Alejandro Bedoya who has been playing regularly for Nantes in Ligue 1 and who is very reliable. Fourth, Michael Bradley rounds out the midfield by playing back where he is more comfortable and will help create dangerous chances with his vision and passing. Fifth, the backline you have Edgar Castillo at LB as he is the only option, at CB I'm going with Omar Gonzalez who has been playing well Pachuca in Liga MX and Geoff Cameron who is playing regularly for Stoke City in the EPL, and at RB DeAndre Yedlin who playing that position regularly for Sunderland in the EPL. Finally, at GK I have William Yarbrough because right now he has been better and is in better form than Tim Howard and Brad Guzan after he regained his starting position at Club Leon.
