Hear me out, okay? We want 5 guys in the back that can really hold the ball and cover ground in defense of counters and win it back in their half and pin Guatemala in and we want 5 guys in the front who can show up anywhere and make themselves hard to mark and track. If it doesn't go well or if Guatemala isn't sitting/pinned deep, then I go to the bench at halftime for Wood and/or Finlay to threaten in behind them. If I get up 2 goals, I can bring a defender on for Dempsey or Nguyen and slide Nagbe in to center MF.
