Tweak the 4-4-2 to bring in Dempsey. With Bedoya tearing it up at Nantes as a CM, no reason not to keep him there. Lee showed he can play a bit wider. Yedlin can provide the width on that side, allowing Lee to pinch in more. FJ and Villafana can keep that left side wide. Cameron gets the start but if he is still hurt, Omar slides right in. Lastly, for Howard, have to assume he gets the start.
