Lets face it we are terrible at keeping possession. We need to take advantage of every chance we get. That's why I need two strikers. They don't hold the ball up but they are constantly moving and take advantage of their opportunities. In the midfield I tried to put our 3 best passers, guys who don't panic on the ball and can give us imagination going forward. Jermaine Jones can hit a long ball but he has seemed past his prime and labored in keeping possession and playing off of Bradley. I can sub him in later but not to start. Same with Zardes, he can't start. He is better as pace off of the bench. He is not good enough at keeping possession lately and gets knocked off the ball. F. Johnson and Nagbe have more skill on the ball than Zardes when it comes to creating for others. I think Zardes as a striker is our 4th best option even behind the great Jozy Altidore. In the back Brooks has been injured but he is a player with much skill and youth. Cameron moves up to his Stoke position. He has too much skill to sit in the back. Cameron has good touch on the ball and can win it back for us. And of course when this all fails, to finally win the world cup Yedlin will streak down the sideline and put in a hard cross for Bobby Wood who willlllLLLLLLLLL... well i guess we will just have to wait.
