We need to look to the future and I think this team does that. Demps, Jones, Howard, Beckerman, Beasley,.... these players are old in soccer years and probably won't be around for the next World Cup or at least be good enough. The US has a serious LB problem in my opinion. I think Johnson is too good on the wing to be playing at LB. Ream, Garza, Shea.... Maybe chandler but he's right footed. I think no matter who you play at LB we are going to have issues. Players around Demps age group are done and Jozys group isn't good enough but has a few that are so we need to look at players that have the potential to be good or even great. The US is average and might not even make the World Cup this next cycle. Is no secret that the concacf is getting better.
