Up top Johannsson and Wood give us good pace and technical ability - they have been contributing for their clubs as well. Wooten is perhaps in the best form, but he has not played for the USMNT yet. In midfield, I put Jones in the narrow LM role he flourished in during the World Cup. Bedoya has experience from his club at the 10 and I would like to see how he does. Mexico historically struggles with pace defensively, so I would like to work Yedlin into starting at RM. Williams has been playing well for Reading. On defense the only wide option is really Garza, and he is not in good form. Gonzalez and Cameron I think are our best CBs (Brooks is our most talented, but he lacks experience and composure). Outside, Ream has some experience at LB (and is in good form) and Alvarado has experience at RB (although it may have been as a RCB in a 3 man back line - I'm not sure). In goal, Howard is the man.
