Seems like the Denmark game will be Euro-heavy, so I tried to reflect that with this lineup, with a few exceptions. Altidore is a mainstay and I can't see anyone starting over him up top. Johannsson has been scoring goals for AZ and deserves a look. Midfield is pretty self explanatory. Backline is where things get tricky. Alvarado is the darling of the media at the moment, but I'd be surprised to see him start. I think he'll be on the roster, but I bet he comes off the bench if he plays at all. I like Garza at LB, and he seems like a Gold Cup favorite. As much as I don't like Jones at center back, Klinsmann's gonna Klinsmann.
