I selected this squad because it is full of unproven players that have loads of potential and to see how they fare against a top side. With speed on the flanks from Franklin, Klute, Green, and Gatt, the opposition would be harassed into creating errant passes which puts the ball in the feet of Nguyen, who has had a phenomenal season, Kitchen, and Trapp. I really like Zardes and would've called him up earlier, but he is made to be a complete striker. The only player with a lot of experience is Jones and I am playing him at CB because he played well there against Honduras and to test him against a top fight opponent.
