Sure things: Howard, Besler, Bradley, Jones, Dempsey, Altidore; Cameron and Johnson somewhere. Based on what JK said, I think Chandler gets another shot at RB and Cameron moves inside. Zusi is not the most threatening 1v1 player, but he is industrious and can whip in a good cross; I think he has a slight edge on Bedoya.
I'm fare less certain about the last starting spot. JK seems to have changed his mind about FJ, so he is at LB. Beasley probably is the best fit at LM. The US needs some width and even at his age he brings speed and constant energy. I could also see JK going with Bedoya there or AJ (or moving Dempsey to the wing and AJ up top). I would rather have seen LD at LM, but JK evidently has seen something (or missed something) no one else has seen.
