Howard in goal of course. Agudelo and Altidore up top because both have experience in big games and Johannsson and Jozy don't work well together. Had to find a way to get Donovan, Bradley and Dempsey on field together. Zusi can swing balls in. Those are our best four defenders. Case could be made for Cameron in place of Gonzalez and Evans on right with Damarcus at left if Timothy doesn't come.
