Altidore, Donovan, and Dempsey are no brainers to lead at the forward position. Their play for the USMNT has been fantastic. Beasley, Jones, and Bradley have all performed well also and I added Maurice Edu because I watched him play extensively for Rangers FC at Ibrox and his ability to see the passing lanes and contribute both on offense and defense makes him an ideal piece to the USMNT puzzle. I chose the 3 best rated defensemen and of course threw Tim Howard in at goal because he is an amazing keeper and has always been a fierce competitor playing in one of the highest rated leagues in the world, the Barclay's Premiere League.
