You see the MLS-based starters that you'l likely see in the WC (Donovan-Dempsey-Zusi; Bradley; Besler-Gonzo) back-filled with guys like Beckerman and Goodson fighting for a spot on the 23-man roster. Rimando's pretty much got the #3 spot locked down and I think Yedlin's the best remaining option at left-back from this pool. Green gets the call up top as the big deal right now and everyone wants to see him in game action, but you could see EJ get the start if Jurgen made a deal with Bayern to limit Green's minutes as a condition of his release.
