Edgar Castillo and Fabian Johnson Could Miss WCQ

On Tuesday, it was Brek Shea and Landon Donovan pulling out of the United States' upcoming matches with injuries.
On Wednesday, at least two more names potentially joined them: Edgar Castillo and Fabian Johnson.
Castillo played the full 90 over the weekend but aggravated a foot injury and may miss time. Additionally, Fabian Johnson has the flu and seems likely to be unable to play against Antigua & Barbuda on Friday.
The absences will hurt the U.S. strategy to attack with overlapping runs as both Castillo and Johnson excel at creating chances from the flanks.
If both do miss the match, Carlos Bocanegra could see time at left back. Brad Evans, the Seattle Sounders standout, is on standby. (Can you fly direct from Sea-Tac to A&B?)
Even without the duo, the Stars and Stripes have enough talent to beat Antigua & Barbuda, then turn around and get a result at home against an equally if not more hobbled Guatemala squad. But the U.S. isn't making this easy.
