The U.S. women's goalkeeper is moving to have charges against her dropped, a little less than a month before her trial; Some info on the 2016 Copa America Centenario venues may have leaked out.

  • Hope Solo’s lawyer filed a motion requesting the domestic violence charges against the goalkeeper be dropped. The attorney says his client has “been seriously prejudiced” by the two alleged victims – her half-sister and nephew – who have not been made available for depositions. Her trial is currently scheduled for Jan. 20.

  • With U-20 training camps approaching and the World Cup qualification tournament in January, Kelyn Acosta spoke to ASN about the team and its all-important stretch. "We have a strong group of players," Acosta said. "It’s crazy, in any group we have players who can just come in and take any other players' spot.
