ASN Morning Read: A 2-0 Victory in Seattle

The Americans went into CenturyLink Field and dominated the visiting side. Jozy Altidore and Eddie Johnson scored the goals, but the entire team looked cohesive and strong. A signature win for the U.S.?

  • The United States got two goals, held Panama scoreless, and emerged from Tuesday night's battle on top of the Hexagonal. It was quite a scene.

  • Jozy Altidore, who scored in his third straight match, is letting his goals talk for him. If he nets against Honduras, he'll become the first player since Landon Donovan to go four straight with a goal. He was also the subject of an excellent short feature on ESPN.

  • Oh whatup highlights?

  • Cool tifo, American Outlaws:

  • The best player for the Stars and Stripes? It's a battle between Michael Bradley and Jozy Altidore, but don't sleep on Geoff Cameron. Jurgen Klinsmann is also earning rave reviews, and deservedly so.
