  • The San Jose Earthquakes shocked the LA Galaxy, winning 1-0 on a stoppage time goal from Victor Bernardez. Because, you know, that's what the Quakes do. Highlights?

The defending MLS Cup champions will attempt to reverse the fate on Wednesday night at Buck Shaw Stadium. Make your Starting XI for San Jose and Los Angeles. Also, could Wondolowski be leaving San Jose?

  • Will Bruin cannot be stopped. The Houston Dynamo forward scored his third goal of the playoffs, leading his club to a 2-0 victory over Sporting Kansas City. Adam Moffat tallied the first of the game on a blast from distance. SKC goes back home to try to claw back. Create your Starting XI for both clubs.

  • Zac Rigg takes a fascinating look at the children of American footballers abroad: "Elyse Dempsey, daughter of Tottenham attacker Clint Dempsey, has flown across the Atlantic Ocean 24 times. She's three." Good stuff here.

  • Former American midfielder and Montreal Impact manager Jesse Marsch is out up north. We smell rebellion.

  • Charlie Davies in a onesie? Charlie Davies in a onesie.
