Ugh, Don Garber: “I could understand why their fans are unhappy, and I do believe [NYCFC] will work hard to build back that trust. They’ve started that process already. Good news time:
MLS signs University of Connecticut striker Cyle Larin to a Generation Adidas contract: "MLS, which negotiates and signs all contracts for Generation Adidas, the program it uses to get underclassmen into the draft, had been in contract talks with Larin for about two weeks and as recently as Friday remained far enough apart that there was concern from Larin’s camp that the two sides wouldn’t reach an accord. Despite Larin preferring to start his career in MLS, he was forced to consider one of several European options he had."
Can we talk about the fact that Christen Press should be a huge star? If only there was like a major international soccer tournament happening close to the United States this summer.
