  • The Americans move up five places in the FIFA rankings, jumping to 28th and onto the first page. That's what winning in the snow and tying at Azteca will do for you. Mexico, somehow, someway, jumps up a spot to 14th despite a string of poor results.

  • Yep:

    Oh, and the Los Angeles Galaxy lost in the semifinal of the Champions League. Maybe if they had more mustaches.

  • Greg Garza stays on the field for 90 minutes in Club Tijuana's 1-0 victory over Millonarios in Copa Libertadores. TJ's back to its winning ways and all's right in the world.

  • Megan Rapinoe is so much cooler than you or I or even Jimmy Conrad will ever be.

  • The U.S. U-17s play Guatemala for tops in the group. We'll probably have an update later because that's what we do.
