Elliott has spent the past 10 years in the Championship and League One in England, seeing significant time with Millwall and now with Bristol City. Injuries have plagued his last few seasons, but the central midfielder has been otherwise constant in keeping the relatively small Bristol City up in the Championship.

Elliott was a late addition to the Jamaica side, playing once for the Reggae Boyz in 2011 and only recently rejoining the team. However, he has already slotted in next to Jobi McAnuff in the center of the Jamaica midfield.
