  • If you haven't watched this video yet, we strongly recommend you do so now. "We love you. We love you forever and ever. God bless America." We're going to hold you to that, El Tri supporters. Forever and ever.

  • Here's a closer look at the goal that did the most damage, Graham Zusi's stoppage-time header that tied the U.S. with Panama and gave Mexico hope. (It sounds as though Ray Hudson approves of the sequence.)

  • One minute later, Aron Johannsson showed why so many of us are so excited to have with the U.S. team. Lethal strike. And particularly deadly for Panama World Cup hopes.

  • So the Hexagonal is now complete. The United States finished first, with 22 points. Mexico finished fourth, and now has two November matches against New Zealand, with the winner advancing to the World Cup Finals in Brazil next summer.

Will you be pulling for El Tri or the All Whites? Some experts have suggested that U.S. fans should pull for Mexico, for the good of the game. Do you buy that? Tell us below, and thanks for joining American Soccer Now as we traveled far and wide to help bring you closer to the Hexagonal. We have much more in store for you as the World Cup approaches.
