ASN Morning Read: Welcome Back, Tim Howard
The United States national team goalkeeper returns to Major League Soccer after a successful stint in England. He's ready to punch the Colorado Rapids' foes. Not literally. Or maybe literally. Who knows?

- Tim Howard comes to America:
- Putting Michael Bradley on the Copa America Worst XI list seems harsh: "It has to be said that Bradley was below par in this Copa. When the U.S. needed him to be at his very best in the semifinal against Argentina, Bradley was unable to come through as his wayward passing and failure to hold possession put the U.S. on their heels too many times."
- New unis! "Nike has released a special new home, white uniform with platinum sleeves for the four-time gold medalists to wear this summer in Brazil. The black, away jersey with red and blue sleeves remains the same for Rio and will be worn as well. The new uniform, which will temporarily replace the current white kit with blue sleeves, will have a red stripe down the right side and a blue stripe down the left."
- It's preseason already? Also, this is not good news:
Crowley, Toral, R-Adelaide, Hayden + Zelalem not in U21 training + likely to be involved with first-team next week. Pleguezuelo with U21s.
