- Galaxy forward Mike Magee gave the Sounders some bulletin board material ahead of Saturday’s match in Seattle. “When they came into the league, I think they called us out,” Magee said. “They challenged us, it didn’t work out well for them and they’re still trying to be what the Galaxy is.”
"They’re doing a great job. They have great fans and a great team but I’d say – to be honest – they are a little bit jealous."
- Jozy Altidore doesn’t have a timetable for his return, but hopes the treatment on his latest hamstring injury will put an end to the recurring problem.
