I would play the 4-4-2, Howard is obviously hands down #1 keeper. Castillo on the left, Will bring speed and offense. Besler & Gonzo paired up well vs Mexico, I would like to se them paired up again. Cameron for the most part has done well at RB, I feel he be of use there, considering Cherundolo & Chandler's absence. F Johnson has been on beast mode on the L wing for Hoffenhem, let's see it for the USA. Bradley & Jones are the best D mids we have. I'll sit Jones more defensively and move Bradley slight up. Dempsey on the right and having Altidore & Johnson up on top. I feel with the speed of Johnson & the strength of Altidore we can have a great combination.
