We usually have several holding midfielders, so make them hold just behind the creative mid in Holden instead of having the wide players either stranded or having to come inside. Altidore is in great club form so he deserves more shots at finally making an impact for the USMNT. Dempsey has done will with tottenham in an advanced position (goal and assist at the weekend). Guzan did well last time out and is the only reason Villa are staying in the league (maybe Benteke and Agbonlahor as deserve plaudits as well, but they were not around when then needed to be). Besler has not been plaing though injury, Edu wont with Bursapor, Gonzalez is consistent. I think Holden needs to play as he was called into this camp for the sole purpose of helping him get back into form. Not playing him would be a waste.
