I went with Jones and Zusi back in and Castillo at LB. Johnson is able to help Castillo and I don't buy Castillo is poor because of the poor showing vs. Germany (he just flew back the day before from Brazil!!!). If JK was planning to play Cameron at CB, he should have done it vs. Jamaica. Now its Besler/Gonzalez until someone dominates those positions including Cameron.
