Castillo just look too poor against Germany, I have no confidence in him right now.
I tried to find a way to move Fabian down to leftback, but there are no other strong attack options for the left side.
Cameron's form is great right now after his stellar performance against Panama, he can hold his own on the left side despite plying his trade mostly on the right. I think he needs to be in the XI.
