I think Jones gets the start at CM because JK loves his work ethic and blue collar style. Wouldn't be surprised to see Cameron come in at 60 minute mark for him though. Castillo could be at left back but I think FJ is our best left back and JK will want a strong defense. Without a real Left wing EJ gets the nod. Of course Cameron could slot in at left back and FJ could move to wing if they want FJ to continue to play there.
