If Jones can't go, Cameron starts. I think this is the most balanced lineup. It lets you sub Castillo for Eddie Johnson and move Fabian Johnson to LB if you need to chase a goal. It also means you could sub Cameron for Evans and go three at the back if you need even more fire power. Or if you want to kill the game bring on Cameron for Castillo of Fabian Johnson and go five at the back.
