Backline consistency can only be a good thing at this point so no changes needed there. Between Kljestan and Cameron, I'll go defensive, mostly b/c I'd expect JK to try and keep Bradley playing the same role he's been great at recently. With the US expected to hold possession, I went Davis over EJ on the left as EJ is more of a direct player. When trying to break down the defensive stance of Panama, Davis's passing skills will be needed, as will Fabian Johnson's solid movement off the ball (so I switched him to the right).
