I call this "picking an unchanged team" in that it's the XI from the Germany and Jamaica wins, minus the suspended Zusi and the concussed Jones.
Johnson may not be a like for like replacement for Zusi, but his pace will be valuable to exploit space behind Panama's adventurous fullbacks.
I half-expect Klinsmann to go with Cameron in the Jones CM spot, almost as a make-good after shunting him to right back then dropping him altogether, but I'd prefer to see Kljestan because I think he and Bradley will form a ball-retention-tastic duo.
