JK using Cameron as the sub for Jones against Jamaica would indicate to me he's the guy. As for RM, I have no clue. I'm running with the assumption that JK won't add pressure to Eddie Johnson by throwing him out there in front of the home crowd and that he doesn't want to be shifting a lot of players around.
